Dashboard & Loyalty Reports

Overview

The Dashboard is everything you see when you first sign in to the admin console, plus the family of read-only reports grouped under the Dashboard menu. Together they tell you how your loyalty programs are performing — who's joining, what you're issuing, and what members are actually redeeming.

These are analytics screens. There's nothing to set up — they read from the activity your programs and your POS already generate. Pick an outlet and a date range, and read or export.

Where the sales reports live

This page covers the loyalty side of reporting. Your sales, payment, and till reports — daily sales summary, Z-reports, tender breakdowns — live on their own page, POS & Sales Reports.

The home dashboard

When you sign in, the home screen greets you — "Hi {name}, Welcome to rewardly!" — and shows a grid of onboarding cards, one per core building block:

CardWhat it shows
Outlet BoxYour first outlet, its image and status.
Membership BoxYour first membership tier.
Loyalty BoxYour first loyalty program.
Voucher BoxYour first voucher program.
Stamp BoxYour first stamp card.

Each card summarises that record and has an Edit button that opens an inline create/edit form — the Loyalty Box can even create your first loyalty program on the spot (name, membership, level, validity, ratio, portion count) without leaving the dashboard.

A card only appears if your role can see that resource — if you can't list loyalty programs, you won't see the Loyalty Box.

The guided tour

On your very first visit, a short Tour walks you through all five boxes. It runs once — after that a "seen" flag is stored in your browser so it won't reappear. The tour is also suppressed when the dashboard is opened inside an app WebView.

Overview report

Dashboard → Dashboard (titled Overview) is your at-a-glance loyalty summary.

At the top sit two controls:

  • An outlet selectorAll Outlets, or one specific outlet.
  • Day / Week / Month period tabs.

Everything below reacts to those two choices.

Messaging credit

A messaging credit panel shows your remaining Referral, Email, and SMS ticket counts. When any one drops to 50 or fewer, it shows a low-balance warning so you can top up before a blast fails. You buy more under Marketing → Buy Credits.

New member feed

A New member joined feed lists your most recent members with their membership and loyalty tags, each linking to that member's profile. A See All link jumps to the full Members list.

The six loyalty KPIs

A Total loyalty issued and redeemed panel shows six circular-progress cards — the headline numbers for the period you picked:

KPIWhat it measures
Total amountThe combined value issued and redeemed.
CashCash-equivalent loyalty value.
Store CreditStore credit issued and redeemed.
PointLoyalty points.
VoucherVouchers.
CashbackCashback.

Voucher issued vs redeemed

A Total voucher issued and redeemed table lists each voucher by name, type, and status — Issued against Redeemed — alongside its purchase amount. This is the quick read on which vouchers people actually use.

The trend chart

At the bottom, an area chart plots all six metrics across the selected period. You can click-drag across the chart to zoom into a date window.

Sales Insights report

Dashboard → Sales Insights breaks your revenue down by payment composition — how much came in as Cash, Store Credit, Point, Voucher, Cashback, and Referral. Filter by date, and read totals along with the minimum, maximum, and highest-revenue date, plus referral-user counts.

This is the loyalty-flavoured view of revenue. For the full tender and till breakdown, use POS & Sales Reports.

Member Insight report

Dashboard → Member Insight is where you understand your customer base by behaviour rather than by tier. Pick a date range — it defaults to the last month — and you'll see a Period revenue donut and progress bars splitting revenue across the segments below, plus a stacked bar showing how your members are distributed.

Rewardly sorts every member into one of these segments automatically:

SegmentPlain-language rule
NewA new member who joined in the last 30 days and has no transactions yet.
JoinedJoined more than 30 days ago but still has no transactions.
Frequent2–3 visits in the last 90 days.
LoyalMore than 3 visits in the last 90 days.
Infrequent1 visit in the last 90 days.
At-riskNo transaction for 90–120 days — slipping away.
DormantNo transaction for more than 120 days.
GuestsTemporary customers who never joined a membership.

Each segment is a clickable card. Click one and you get an inline list of exactly those members — name, phone, email, and join date — with a link to each profile. That list is your starting point for a win-back: copy the At-risk segment into a tag and target it with a campaign.

Voucher Efficacy report

Dashboard → Voucher Efficacy (titled Voucher Program Efficacy) answers one question: for every voucher we issued, how many came back?

Filter by Month / Week / Day mode, a date range, one or more outlets, a membership, and the specific voucher program(s) you care about. The result is an issued-vs-redeemed chart, and you can export to CSV for deeper analysis.

Member Item Purchases report

Dashboard → Member Item Purchases reports which items your members buy — purchases attributed to known members rather than anonymous sales. Use it for member-level merchandising: spotting what your loyal customers reach for, and what they don't.

Concierge report

Dashboard → Concierge Report (titled Cumulative Report) aggregates the totals for your Concierge program in one place:

  • Total Stamps Issued
  • Total Members Registered
  • Voucher Issued, Redeemed, and the redemption rate

A companion Week Report breaks stamps issued and new members down per outlet.

Post-pay Credit reports

Two reports cover post-pay credit — the tab arrangement where trusted members pay later:

ReportWhat it shows
Dashboard → Post-pay CreditEach member's credit account — limit, outstanding, and available.
Dashboard → Credit StatementThe statement view of credit charges and repayments.

Per-member credit allocation is paused

You can read credit accounts in these reports, but the per-member allocation controls (issuing or deducting a credit limit, recording a repayment) on the member profile are currently disabled while that flow moves to the POS. See Post-pay Credit for the live process.

Loyalty sub-reports

Dashboard → Loyalty expands into four focused reports on your points programme. Each shares the same filters and exports to CSV:

ReportWhat it shows
Loyalty PointsA trend of point-earning and redemption transactions over time.
Loyalty MoneyThe monetary value of those points (points × your point-to-currency value).
Loyalty EfficacyHow effectively points are issued against redeemed.
Loyalty DemographicLoyalty participation broken down by demographics, such as gender.

All four take the same filter bar:

  • Month / Week / Day mode.
  • A date range (two date pickers).
  • One or more outlets.
  • One or more memberships.

Set your filters, read the chart, and click export to pull a CSV for your own spreadsheet.

Monitoring it

Because these are analytics, the day-to-day workflow is short:

  1. In the sidebar open Dashboard → Overview for the headline numbers.
  2. Choose your outlet and Day / Week / Month period.
  3. Drop into a specific report — Member Insight, Voucher Efficacy, or a Loyalty sub-report — for the detail.
  4. Export to CSV where the report offers it.

Read-only by design

Nothing on these screens changes a member's balance. To adjust points, credit, or vouchers — or to issue one by hand — use the create flows under History & Transactions instead.
