Stock Reports
Overview
StockOS doesn't have a separate "reports" module. Instead, every stock screen keeps a full history — a ledger of every movement — and several can be exported to a spreadsheet. Together these give you your stock reporting.
Where to look
| You want to know… | Open this |
|---|---|
| Every change to a product's stock | Stock Control → Inventory |
| Every change to a modifier's stock | Stock Control → Modifier Transactions |
| Every change to an ingredient's stock | Stock Control → Ingredient Transactions |
| Purchase order history and totals | Stock Control → Stock Orders |
| Current stock of every product, per outlet | Stock Control → Product Inventories |
| Current stock of every ingredient, per outlet | Stock Control → Ingredient Inventories |
Each ledger row shows the movement type (in / out / adjustment), the quantity, the stock before and after, the reason, the staff member, and a link to the source sale or order.
How it works
- These views are filterable and sortable — by date, outlet, product, and more.
- Product Inventories, Ingredient Inventories, and the Ingredients list support CSV export, so you can take a current-stock snapshot into a spreadsheet for stock-takes or accounting.
Low-stock visibility
There is one low-stock alert in Rewardly: the Low alert stock threshold on each ingredient. Set it, and that ingredient is flagged when it runs low. Products and modifiers do not have a low-stock alert — review their current-stock views instead.
