LoyaltyOS — Overview
LoyaltyOS is everything that rewards your customers and keeps them coming back — membership tiers, points, vouchers, stamp cards, store credit, discounts, cashback, packages, and referrals. It's where most merchants start.
The heart of LoyaltyOS: Membership + Loyalty
LoyaltyOS is built on one pairing. Membership tiers define who your customers are; Loyalty points define what they earn. Neither works alone:
- A loyalty program cannot be saved without a membership tier.
- A membership tier earns nothing until a loyalty program is linked to it.
