New to Rewardly?
Rewardly is a customer loyalty platform and omnichannel POS system — one tool to run a retail or food & beverage business end-to-end. It's organised into four parts — four "operating systems" that work together:
- LoyaltyOS — reward customers and keep them coming back.
- CommerceOS — sell to them, in store and online.
- PaymentOS — take payment, however they want to pay.
- StockOS — track what you have in stock.
This guide is written so you can set everything up yourself. Work through it in order, or jump straight to the feature you need using the sidebar or the search box at the top of the page.
- Brand new? Start with What is Rewardly?, then Core Concepts, then follow the First-Time Setup guide.
- Want one specific feature? Open it from the sidebar. Every feature page has a simple Default setup first, with Advanced options further down.
- Stuck? Check the FAQ & Troubleshooting page.
The golden rule of setup order
Create a Membership tier first, then a Loyalty program linked to it. The two depend on each other — see Core Concepts for why.
