CommerceOS — Overview
CommerceOS is everything you need to sell — the point of sale, online ordering, the self-service kiosk, the kitchen screens, table service, and delivery. LoyaltyOS rewards your customers; CommerceOS is how you actually take their order.
The master switch: the outlet's Order settings
Almost all of CommerceOS is switched on per outlet, on the Order tab of the outlet settings. Two toggles control everything:
- Menu — makes your menu available to the POS and online ordering.
- Order — turns on the whole ordering engine. Online ordering, kiosk, KDS, tables, and delivery all stay hidden until this is on.
When Order is on, you choose one operation type — and this single choice reshapes how the POS, kiosk, and tables behave:
| Operation type | Best for |
|---|---|
| Quick Service (QSR) | Counter service — cafés, takeaway, fast food. |
| Full Service (FSR) | Table service — sit-down restaurants. |
| Retail | Shops selling goods (no kitchen display). |
