Add a product from the Rewardly Portal
Rewardly supports single products, custom products, and bundle products. You can add new products via the web portal, upload multiple products with a spreadsheet, or synchronize products from an integrated app.

Understand Product Form



1. Product types in Rewardly

A. Single product

  1. Single product with variant/modifier
    1. A pack of potato chips
  2. Single product without variant/modifier
    1. T-shirt in different sizes

B. Bundle product

  1. A bundle product consists of one or more single products
    1. Set lunch
      1. 1 x main dish
      2. 1 x drink
      3. 1 x dessert


2. Product and Categories

You can keep your products organised with categories in Rewardly. Each product can link with one or more categories to suit your needs to present the product catalog to your customers.


3. Adding Product Category

  1. Login to Rewardly Portal
  2. Go to Product Menu
  3. Click Product Category



Idea
You can set the date/time, sales channels, and outlet to show and hide a product category



4. Adding Product

A. Add a Single Product

  1. Login to Rewardly Portal
  2. Go to Product Master
  3. Click Create at the top right
  4. Enter the product name, pricing, categories, inventory and dining mode
  5. Save the new product
Idea
You can configure additional setting for the product to suite your operational need



B. Add a Bundle Product

  1. Login to Rewardly Portal
  2. Go to Product Master
  3. Click Create at the top right
  4. Select "Combo" from the Type
  5. Enter the name, pricing, categories, and dining mode for the bundle product
  6. Click Add Combo Option to select single product(s) into the bundle
  7. Change the single product price as needed
    1. If you have set the price for the bundle product, you can make the product selection to zero pricing
    2. You can set the price for the bundle product to zero, and set the price for the single product(s)
  8. Save the new bundle product
Idea
You can import the single product from existing bundle product to save time from creating from scratch



C. Clone from existing Product

  1. Select a product that you wish to clone from
  2. Click on the [+] icon at the far right
  3. Edit the name, pricing and other product attribute
  4. Save to add the product

You can clone any product including Bundle Product
