Add Payment from Rewardly Portal
You can setup different payment methods in Rewardly for the customer to make payment. Integrate with Rewardly Pay can streamline the POS operation to minimise human error and speed up cashier operation. Or you can start with PayNow which is readily ship with Rewardly POS.

1. Payment types in Rewardly

A. Non-integrated Payment

  1. Manual payment such as Cash

B. Integrated Payment

  1. Rewardly Pay
  2. PayNow
  3. Loyalty Point
  4. Store Credit

2. Setting up Non-Integrated Payment

A. Setup a Cash payment type - Cash payment type should be added by default

  1. Tap on Payment Methods menu
  2. Click Create at the top right corner to begin setup
  3. Enter "Cash" in "Label" and "Label on POS"
    1. Label - Display the name in the Kiosk app
    2. Label on POS - Display the name in the POS app
  4. Select the Channels to enable Cash payment type
  5. Select the Outlets to enable Cash payment type
  6. Select Cash payment type and save
When using custom payment it is one way communication from Rewardly to the gateway




B. Setup Loyalty Point payment type

  1. Tap on Payment Methods menu
  2. Click Create at the top right corner to begin setup
  3. Enter "Loyalty" in "Label" and "Label on POS"
    1. Label - Display the name in the Kiosk app
    2. Label on POS - Display the name in the POS app
  4. Select the Channels to enable Loyalty payment type
  5. Select the Outlets to enable Loyalty payment type
  6. Select Loyalty payment type and save
It require registered member and loyalty point program to enable Loyalty Point payment type




C. Setup Store Credit payment type

  1. Tap on Payment Methods menu
  2. Click Create at the top right corner to begin setup
  3. Enter "Store Credit" in "Label" and "Label on POS"
    1. Label - Display the name in the Kiosk app
    2. Label on POS - Display the name in the POS app
  4. Select the Channels to enable Store Credit payment type
  5. Select the Outlets to enable Store Credit payment type
  6. Select Store Credit payment type and save
You can enable or disable Store Credit or Loyalty Point payment by sales channels




2. Setting up Integrated Payment

A. Different Type of Integrated Payment

  1. There are two type of integrated payment available in Rewardly
    1. Dynamic PayNow
      1. This is available for free for all merchant who using Rewardly POS
      2. This payment type will incur a MDR fees
    2. Credit Card, and eWallet
      1. Merchant is require to apply and get approval for this payment type
      2. This payment type will incur MDR fees
Merchant can apply integrated Credit Card payment via https://pay.rewardly.app

B.  Demo of Dynamic PayNow Payment

  1. The PayNow QR code will display on the customer facing screen on dual screen POS terminal
  2. When the customer paid with PayNow, it will dismiss the PayNow QR code and mark sale as Paid
  3. PayNow payment can be refund
    1. MDR fees will incur for refund
  4. PayNow payout is T+1
    1. Monday to Friday




C.  Demo of Rewardly Pay Integrated payment

  1. Rewardly Pay integrated directly with Rewardly POS
  2. Merchants are require to apply and get approval for using Rewardly Pay
  3. Rewardly Pay payment can be refund
  4. Rewardly Payment timeline (fastest at T+2)
    1. Customer tap to pay
    2. After 24 hours Rewardly will capture payment
      1. Merchant can request to have immediate capture (
        1. Reduce -24 hours
    3. After 48 hours will initiate payout
      1. Regular Giro +24 hours
      2. Fast Payment same day
  5. MDR will incur after payment is captured
  6. First payment may delay up to 7 days for the first payout
