Rewardly Order is a digital food ordering system integrated with Rewardly. Merchants can consider using Rewardly Order to allow their customers to purchase from them through online ordering. Rewardly Order supports quick service or pay-first mode for dine-in, pickup, delivery, and pre-order.

Dine-in

In a dine-in restaurant order flow, the customer can easily access the merchant's Rewardly Order session by scanning a QR code using their smartphone. Customers can navigate the menu category and browse the item they wish to order. They can also customize the item with the available modifiers set up by the merchants.
  1. Customer starts by scanning the QR code display at the table tent or pull-up banner with their smartphone.
  2. The Rewardly Order web app on their phone will open up.
  3. Customer chooses the outlet and date/time.
  4. Customers can start browsing the menu and add orders.
  5. They can proceed with checkout and make payment.
  6. Order will send to the printer, Rewardly Store app, or integrated POS system.
  7. Restaurant fulfills the order by either sending it to the table or calling the number for the customer to come forward to collect.
Rewardly Order supports guest login so that customers can order without giving their identity.



Take-out

Takeout is a quick-service restaurant (QSR) workflow where the customers must pay for the order before the order gets routed to the merchants. 
  1. Customer or member access to the merchant Rewardly Order session.
  2. Customer chooses the outlet and date/time.
  3. Customers can start browsing the menu and add orders.
  4. They can proceed with checkout and make payment.
  5. Order will send to the printer, Rewardly Store app, or integrated POS system.
  6. Restaurant fulfills the order when the customer comes forward to collect.
1. Enable digital ordering for take-out can significantly improve the customer experience. It will also reduce the merchant's time and effort to take orders manually.
2. Keep the online ordering menu simple and trimmed for the beginning so your customers can get familiar with the new way. Apply the 80/20 rule to focus on items that people order the most.



Delivery via 3rd Party Delivery Partner

Rewardly Order support delivery services through 3rd party delivery partner by consigning the order to the 3PL platform for them to pick up and send the order to the end customers.
  1. Customer or member access to the merchant Rewardly Order session.
  2. Customer chooses the outlet and date/time.
  3. Customers can start browsing the menu and add orders.
  4. They can proceed with checkout, provide their address and make payment.
  5. Order will send to the printer, Rewardly Store app, or integrated POS system and notify the 3PL.
  6. 3PL will collect the order from the merchant and deliver it to the customers.

Delivery by Merchant

Merchants can send the order to their customers using their delivery fleet.
  1. Customer or member access to the merchant Rewardly Order session.
  2. Customer chooses the outlet and date/time.
  3. Customers can start browsing the menu and add orders.
  4. They can proceed with checkout, provide their address and make payment.
  5. Order will send to the printer, Rewardly Store app, or integrated POS system.
  6. Orders will hand over to the merchant delivery fleet and send to customers.
